Translation and proof-reading
Several years of professional experience in challenging tasks, accuracy and efforts to achieve optimized solutions for all situations are the key qualities of our team of translators, resulting in translations that truly reflect the contents of the source text and are excellent in all professional respects. Trustworthiness is further underpinned by the fact that for most of the languages included in our portfolio we work with native-language translators and interpreters, and when it comes to multi-language tasks all team members are able to coordinate work in English language, too. Furthermore, as no translation is considered complete without robust quality assurance, this process is integrated in our processes free of charges, and we are ready to accept assignments that are targeted specifically to linguistic checks, professional proof-reading, as well as to the testing of websites and electronic applications from linguistic and operational aspects.
Personal and remote interpreting services
Our services include interpreting as a key service element, providing real-time, personal or online contribution and language assistance. Whether it be one-on-one or small group meetings, negotiations, trainings or visits by foreign business partners, our interpreters with in-depth experience can contribute to efficient, smooth and clear communication for the purpose of mutual understanding. For events with high attendance, such as conferences, special business or community events, we offer simultaneous interpreting service that is somewhat different from the abovementioned consecutive interpretation, as in these cases – with adequate technological background put in place – our contributors translate the message instantly, without delay, simultaneously with the speaker or presenter. As a new item in our portfolio, when agreed, we are able to deliver these services also via phone or video conference devices, i.e. by means of remote interpreting.
Document management
There is no assignment without the key requirement being that the document – that has been translated and undergone linguistic review – should perfectly reflect all details of the original format, and comply with all the individual demands of the customer, even in the form of printout. We accept source files handed over by customers in any format, and handle them all across our processes – starting from preparation for translation through adapting them to database management to creating high-quality outputs. It is a common request for presentations showing complex graphic designs, flow charts, illustrated product documentations and engineering documentations, which are all in expert hands with us. Our work is supported by in-house graphic design and printing services, so that all customer expectations can be fulfilled in one place.
Video translation and video making
Our broad-scale experience allows us to easily cope with audio and video files: such assignments are – even in the lack of a script – handled with due expertise in our standard work processes, which – in this specific case – are preceded by transcription (i.e. generating a written text from the video). The only difference here is that we make the texts suitable for integration into the final footage – using time codes or selecting a file format that is suitable for subtitling, as agreed –, or we can even generate the subtitles in-house. As an extra option, making promotional, training, e-learning or explanatory video footages is not only an additional service to translation. Our video making service enables us to deliver visual images with the associated text messages – obviously in multiple languages, as required – in the form of text animations with spectacular visual effects, appealing photo and textual product displays and shockingly realistic 3D animation.
